4. Pricing

All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.

Titan International reserves the right to amend prices without prior notice.

Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

In the event of a pricing error, Titan International reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Availability

All products are offered subject to availability.

Should a product become unavailable after an order has been placed, Titan International may:

Offer an alternative product;
Delay delivery pending stock availability; or
Cancel the order and provide a full refund.

6. Orders

Placing an order does not automatically constitute acceptance by Titan International.

An order is only considered accepted once it has been confirmed by us.

Titan International reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

Products are unavailable;
Incorrect pricing has occurred;
Fraudulent activity is suspected;
Customer information is inaccurate; or
Payment authorisation fails.

7. Payment

Products remain the property of Titan International until payment has been received in full.

Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Titan International shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

Customers must inspect deliveries upon receipt and report visible damage within 48 hours.

Additional works identified during installation may incur extra charges subject to customer approval.

Water ingress;
Vessel modifications;
Failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

11. Warranty

Products supplied by Titan International are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty periods and conditions vary by manufacturer and product type.

Warranty coverage does not extend to:

Normal wear and tear;
Misuse;
Accidental damage;
Incorrect installation;
Unauthorised repairs;
Failure to maintain equipment.

12. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by applicable Maltese and European Union consumer legislation.
