Nothing contained in this policy limits any statutory rights available under Maltese or European Union law.

2. Proof of Purchase

Customers must retain their original proof of purchase.

Titan International may request:

  • Invoice number;
  • Product serial number;
  • Installation details;
  • Photographs or videos of the fault.

Warranty claims may be delayed or refused where sufficient information cannot be provided.

3. Warranty Periods

Warranty periods vary depending on:

  • Manufacturer;

4. Air Conditioning Systems

6. Water Heaters

7. Dehumidifiers

Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Physical damage;
  • Neglect or misuse;
  • Commercial applications where products are intended for residential use.

8. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

9. Third-Party Installation

Where products are installed by parties other than Titan International or an authorised installer, Titan International shall not be responsible for:

  • Incorrect installation practices;
  • Performance issues caused by installation defects;
  • Damage resulting from non-compliance with manufacturer instructions.

10. Maintenance Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining equipment in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.

Failure to perform recommended maintenance may result in warranty claims being rejected.
