When it came to installing a new lift, I contacted seven lift companies in total and, in the process, learnt quite a bit about lifts, pits, and adjustments to lift entrances. Every one of the other six companies presented some kind of issue – whether it was having to chase them for a quote, pricing concerns, or other complications. In the end, it took only minutes for all the flat owners to agree on selecting Titan because they ticked every box. The price was very competitive, the service was excellent, and they were always available, with information provided immediately whenever requested. Even more impressively, although the installation was stalled during COVID, every single deadline was still met. I would recommend Titan without hesitation.
